An approach to solving the problems of multi-criteria selection with determination suitable applicants based on values a number criteria is considered. Known approaches solution these do not always allow determining reasonable solutions full consideration features selected and their evaluation conditions. Comparison evaluations by often takes place from subjective positions without proper justification, which affects both results possibilities practical application. procedures use fixed measurement scales compare values, in situations may correspond real ratios indicators. Another significant shortcoming ignoring presence non-linear dependencies between attributes decisions made different ranges values. The above indicates possibility obtaining inadequate corresponding negative consequences. paper proposes an construction definition ordering them according degree approximation option best performance iterative concessions specified criteria. Applicants are compared basis assessments agreed criteria, provided set mathematical models that reproduce dependence individual applicant decisions. formation sequence candidates for comparisons allows determine alternative evaluate effectiveness Pareto subset. example considered reproduces processes choosing options building virtual data processing system characteristics machines providers cloud technologies. obtained research indicate using proposed as part decision-making support subsystems solve operational management dynamic service production processes.
